This client is offering robust career development opportunities including the opportunity for device reps to learn and master the capital sales process. This is an excellent opportunity for high performing reps to take the next step, grow their career, and have a strong commission package ($180k at plan, uncapped, +benefits) with a market leader in the device space.
- Development and execution of strategic account business plans
- Manage complex sales process and develop customer specific product offers
- Use previous device experience to master the capital sales process
- 3+ Years of Medical Device sales experience
- Strong consultative selling skills with prior success in securing strategic, multi-party buy in sales
Compensation: $180k at Plan
Travel: 3 days each week
