Director of Marketing - Spine

Our client is a fast-paced, well established entrepreneurial organization with a broad depth of innovation in their implant portfolio. We are seeking a Director of Marketing to lead a team and continue to grow the implant portfolio. This candidate will ideally be both "big picture" strategic, able to set and meet long term objectives, and also have strong customer presence with leading KOL's. This unique role has a high potential for future growth within a culturally rewarding company.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage the commercial marketing team with a focus on effective up and downstream marketing
  • Manage VOC and KOLs within the clinical subset
  • Create strategic roadmap for cross functional teams during product launches

Must Have:

  • At least 10+ years Medical Device industry experience
  • 5+ years in marketing, developing, or selling spinal implants
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year university, MBA preferred 

Compensation: $200,000+
Travel: 25%+
