In this role, you'll be managing distributor relationships while selling an innovative portfolio of spinal technology. You should as confident stepping in and making the sale yourself as you are developing and training a distributor salesforce. A major part of this role will be maintaining strong relationships with key opinion leaders in the spine space.
To succeed in this role, you should at least 10 years of medical device experience. You will also need a strong understanding of the spinal technology space, so 5 or more years of spinal technology sales are expected as well. Our client will be leaning on your existing surgeon relationships in the region to generate business initially, so be prepared to speak to your knowledge of key surgeons in the region.

- Manage a distributor sales team and drive new business in the region.

- Strong leadership experience as well as independent distribution relationships
