Senior Marketing Manager / Director of Marketing

We are seeking a highly strategic Senior Marketing Manager with the possibility of Director level depending on experience, to develop and strategically grow this organization's flag ship portfolio, and largest line. With the ability for upward advancement, this is a disruptive technology in regenerative biologics with applications across the clinical spectrum. This role will be responsible accelerating and already booming growth trajectory, and be a key team member in this entrepreneurial organization in reaching the next milestone, in a fast paced environment. This is a high-level individual contributor, with the possibility for a team, as the organization continues it's growth.

 

Must have experience in the following:

  • Success in translating clinical information to approach wider market
  • Previous experience to drive growth among KOL’s
  • Previous launch of highly innovative or disruptive product portfolio with strong track record of growth.
  • Strong orthopedic or regenerative medicine experience.
  • High degree of cross-functional leadership.
  • Previous experiencing developing a market and portfolio to standard of care.
  • Must have strong tenure, and track record of very successful product launch and marketing experience
  • NOTE: This is very competitive opportunity, with a disruptive technology, and strong ability for growth. 

Base: Commensurate to Previous Experience
Travel: 10%
Years of experience: 4+
Degree: Bachelors (MBA highly preferred)
Location:  Southeast
