Vice President of Sales West Coast
This growing organization is seeking highly decorated Director of Sales for the Western U.S. to advance to VP Level and lead the Western team. Individuals applying must have a strong track record of managing Regional Sales Manager and exemplary performance. High preference for candidates with experience with Multi-Call point sales. Must have capacity for defining broad strategic direction.
- Manage Regional Sales Managers to drive and define corporate objectivesDefine timelines and develop and grow a premier team for the Southern United States.
- Manage customer relationships and define benchmarks to drive past target at plan.
- Be a resource to develop the team in both clinical and sales aptitude.
- Perform troubleshooting procedures to identify and resolve problems quickly and with confidence.
- 5+ years in Medical Device, at least 3 in a leadership capacity
- Strong management experience, mentoring, coaching and training
- Self starter with great communication skills and advancement potential
