Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage sales force and drive strategic objectives
  • Prospect for new business by identifying and qualifying sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
  • Identify Strategic growth opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with strategic KOL’s.
  • Answer a wide range of questions concerning surgical applications, as well as clinical technique, related to spinal implants.
  • Perform troubleshooting procedures to identify and resolve problems quickly and with confidence. 
  • Define targets and make recommendations to executive management

Position Requirements

  • Experience in MIS and/or complex spine with emphasis in Orthopedic/Neurosurgery and applications 
  • Previous exposure commercializing disruptive product portfolio.
  • 10+years of experience in spinal or orthopedic sales capacity
  • Clinical experience; at least 5 years working in Spinal hardware 
  • Strong & positive relationships with orthopedic surgeons and/or surgery personnel
  • Ability to go into surgery room and support surgeon during long and complex surgeries

Educational Requirements

  •  BS/BA in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or Associates or equivalent experience.

Base: $140,000, Plus Commission
Travel: 50%

The RM role requires strategic initiatives in all areas of sales, marketing, business development, distribution and end “consumer” education outreach strategies to drive expansion and adoption of a product which provides proprietary informatics to assists physicians in identifying the presence of heart disease prior to an adverse cardiac event.

Position Responsibilities

  • Lead the commercial and market development strategies within region ensuring alignment with distribution partners and achieve annual operating business plan goals and objectives
  • Generate sustained market adoption and revenue growth by engaging, enrolling and consultative selling global Distributors, National Corporate Accounts, Integrated Delivery Network Health Systems (IDN’s), Key Opinion Leader Physicians, and Cardiac Centers of Excellence within region
  • Generate and manage product volume forecasts (hardware, software, disposable) and monitor key performance indicators (units, margins, returns, etc.) from distributors in region
  • Work with distribution partners to help create and execute relevant marketing communication strategies to ensure high impact brand messaging
Position Requirements
  • 10+ plus years of combined medical device market development experience required in the following areas:
    • Progressive sales management within pedigree medical device (start-up environments preferred)
    • Disruptive medical device innovation go-to-market commercialization experience
    • Demonstrable successful track record establishing, negotiating, managing and growing distribution channels including a direct hybrid sales team
    • Ability to create strategic-big picture sales and marketing initiatives and drive tactical actionable results
  • Experience developing strategic business plans and delivering business presentations to IDN Health system executive management 
  • Experience building strong relationships with key stakeholders (general practitioners, cardiologists, surgeons, health system administrators and distribution sales)

Our long-time client manufactures capital equipment technology and is looking for an aggressive sales representative to drive business in a patient-centric environment. The ability to adapt and perform professionally within strenuous circumstances (and occasionally life threatening patient situations) is critical.

Position Requirements

  • MINIMUM 5+ years of medical sales experience including selling capital equipment with an ASP of a minimum of $50,000.
  • You must have a DOCUMENTABLE track record in successful selling with at least 2 years prior earnings in excess of $100,000.
  • Must be highly financially and internally motivated, assertive and aggressive in driving sales and making commissions with an unwavering integrity.
  • You must be comfortable with technology, be able to credibly present to C-Level executives using a laptop computer, iPad, and be able to demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed and sometimes transport product in company provided vehicle.
