Clinical Training Manager - Surgical Robotics - California - 1595533
Join our client, an innovative company in California, dedicated to shaping the future of robotic-assisted surgery (RAS) as the Clinical Training Manager. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in developing cutting-edge training programs and materials, build a team of direct reports in the near future, and work directly with surgeons on bringing better care to patients.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4+ years of experience in education and training in the medical device field.
- Experience working in robotic surgical devices, including working in the operating room, with a good understanding of sterile guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills, able to present and communicate complex concepts to audiences with different levels of understanding.
- Able to travel up to 50%
Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in RAS system operation and accessories.
- Get creative as you design engaging training programs, and craft dynamic instructional materials.
- Stay current on clinical training trends and requirements
- Provide technical training to clinicians using animal or cadaver models to ensure the utmost safety and efficacy with our client’s RAS system.
- Train internal staff clinically and technically
- Collaborate closely with surgical teams to truly understand their training needs.
- Conduct pre/post-market training at clinical/customer sites
- Cross-functional collaboration to share insights and improve products/processes
Compensation: $140,000-$150,000
Travel: 50%
