Marketing Manager - Sterile Processing - Remote –1437435 

Unique opportunity for an early career marketing professional to grow our international client’s Reprocessing product line. We’re looking for a candidate with a background in Reprocessing/Sterile Processing with marketing experience that is ready to take the next step in their career and join a team with lots of room for professional development. In this role, you will be the Reprocessing line’s go-to marketer, representing the brand through all marketing mediums, and communicating strategies and industry findings to the internal team.  

Requirements:  

• 2+ years of relevant medical device experience in a marketing role with some experience in reprocessing or sterilization.  
• BA/BS, Advanced Degree or MBA preferred. 
• Must be an excellent communicator, able to present to senior leadership and customers. 
• Strong collaborator, candidate must have proven ability to work cross-functionally supporting teams as needed. 
• Certification as a CRCST is preferred. 

Responsibilities:  

• Develop and grow partnerships with independent sales distributors. 
• Oversee the full scope of marketing our client’s Reprocessing product line; working from early strategy through execution of marketing new products, monitoring competitors, and working with key accounts. 
• Develop marketing literature such as brochures and catalogues as well as creating training materials such as in-service videos.  
• Create and execute advertising plans across multiple outlets.  
• Create and manage a marketing budget, accounting for all areas of spending.  
• Partner with other managers and the regulatory department to create new trays for existing products, validations and protocol issues.  

Compensation: $100,000-$120,000 

Travel: 30-40%
