Regional Vice President - Spine and Orthopedic Biologics - Western U.S. – 1437001
Our client dedicated to improving patient lives through innovative biologic solutions is looking for a Regional Vice President to join their growth story leading the Western U.S. region. In this role you will work closely with leadership in this entrepreneurial organization, setting up a sales strategy and leading revenue objectives in a large footprint. This organization has a very close-knit culture and is looking for an ambitious and experienced sales leader to join the team.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of sales experience with at least 5 years in medical device, experience in OrthoBiologics or spinal technologies preferred.
- 3+ years in sales management.
- Bachelor’s Degree; advanced degree in technical/clinical or business preferred.
- Candidates must have a deep understanding of the healthcare and medical device market; having a working knowledge of industry trends, customer segmentation, and the buying process.
- Previous experience managing and working closely with independent distribution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow partnerships with independent sales distributors.
- Identify and curate a group of key opinion leaders and strategic customers to build a relationship with.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth.
- Work cross-functionally with teams to support product launches and product extensions.
- Support senior leadership with GPO, IDN applications, and pricing initiatives.
- Help plan for and attend tradeshows and conferences to grow brand presence.
- Lead a sales team in preparing for key customer presentations, goal setting, and being available to troubleshoot problems that come up and help find the resolution.
- Regularly analyze the market to identify trends and opportunities in the marketplace and share findings with the team.
Compensation: $170,000-$190,000 base compensation- plus bonus (Compensation would be commensurate and competitive based on previous experience)
Travel: Approximately 35 - 50%+
Years of Experience: 10+ years of sales experience
Degree: Bachelor’s Degree required, Advanced Degree preferred
Location: Western USA
